2.1  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bm777. By accessing the Platform, clicking any "Register," "Sign In," or "Continue" button, or by depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published on the Platform.

2.2  If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if you have an existing Account, contact bm777 support to close it.

2.3  bm777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bm777 will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2.4  These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bm777, you must:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
2. Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others);
3. Reside in the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise be legally permitted under applicable law to access and use online gambling services provided by bm777;
4. Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or bm777;
5. Not have had a previous bm777 Account permanently closed due to fraud, Terms violation, or abuse;
6. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3.2  bm777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where bm777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the Player was underage shall be forfeited.

3.3  Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the bm777 Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. bm777 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

4.1  Each person may hold only one (1) bm777 Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by bm777. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a ground for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3  As required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, bm777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before permitting Real Money withdrawals. KYC requires you to submit:

1. A clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (UMID, PhilHealth card, passport, driver's license, or SSS card); and
2. Such additional documentation as bm777 may reasonably require to verify your identity, address, or source of funds.

4.4  bm777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges pending completion of KYC at any time, particularly where total lifetime deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.

4.5  You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. Any changes to your name, mobile number, or email address must be updated through bm777 Account Settings or by contacting support. bm777 is not liable for any loss arising from outdated Account information.

5.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

5.2  You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. bm777 will never ask for your password or OTP via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any request purporting to come from bm777 asking for your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bm777 support immediately.

5.3  You must notify bm777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bm777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account. However, bm777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5.4  bm777 protects all login sessions and Account data with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. All financial transactions are processed through secure, PAGCOR-compliant payment gateways.

6.1  bm777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) only. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

6.2  The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

6.3  Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bm777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.4  bm777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, individual payment providers (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees, over which bm777 has no control.

6.5  Deposited funds are held in Philippine Peso within your bm777 wallet. bm777 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) as this is not a banking deposit.

6.6  bm777 reserves the right to decline any deposit, request supporting documentation for any transaction, or return funds to the source account if bm777 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7.1  Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed bm777's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not permitted to process withdrawals.

7.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by Player VIP tier as specified in the bm777 VIP program terms.

7.3  Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. bm777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.4  Verified Account withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of request approval. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

7.5  bm777 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount reaches thresholds prescribed by PAGCOR AML regulations.

7.6  Any withdrawal request submitted in violation of these Terms — including withdrawals of funds accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited activities — will be cancelled and the Account may be permanently closed with forfeiture of the relevant balance.

8.1  bm777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

8.2  Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.

8.3  bm777 reserves the right to:

1. Withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without notice, subject to obligations already incurred;
2. Decline to award a Bonus to any Player who bm777 determines is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith;
3. Void any winnings derived from a Bonus claimed in violation of applicable terms.

8.4  VIP Program: bm777 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program with six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite). VIP points are accrued based on Real Money wagering activity. VIP tier reviews are conducted monthly. Cashback credited under the VIP program carries zero wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. bm777 reserves the right to modify, restructure, or terminate the VIP program upon reasonable prior notice to affected Players.

8.5  Bonuses and VIP rewards are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard conversion process.

9.1  All casino games offered on bm777 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual gaming session.

9.2  Each game is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall take precedence with respect to that game only.

9.3  Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of winnings, bm777 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund Real Money wagers where applicable. bm777 is not obligated to honour bets or pay winnings resulting from manifest technical errors, even if such errors were not immediately apparent.

9.4  Live Casino games are subject to the rules and procedures of the applicable studio provider. Where a live game is interrupted due to connectivity issues on the Player's end, bm777 is not liable for any loss of bet or missed opportunity to place a wager. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in live dealer games.

9.5  All sporting event outcomes used in the bm777 sportsbook are determined by the official result as recognised by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of disputes regarding sporting event outcomes, bm777's decision — informed by the official governing body's ruling — is final.

10.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

11.1  bm777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where bm777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

11.2  Upon permanent Account closure for Terms violation, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real Money deposits may be returned to the Player's original deposit source at bm777's discretion and subject to applicable AML checks.

11.3  Players may voluntarily close their own Account at any time by contacting bm777 support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to resolution of any pending withdrawals and completion of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

11.4  bm777 will retain Account records for the minimum period required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations following Account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

12.1  bm777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies with all PAGCOR requirements related to player protection. bm777 provides the following tools to all registered Players at no charge:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
2. Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session or per time period;
3. Session Time Limits: Set automatic session timeouts and receive periodic reality-check pop-ups showing elapsed time and net session result;
4. Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from bm777 for a defined period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, login access is disabled and marketing communications are suppressed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends;
5. Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days without full self-exclusion.

13.1  The bm777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bm777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

13.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm777 shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
2. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
3. Any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or internet connectivity issues;
4. Any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or to safeguard Account credentials;
5. The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.

13.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bm777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.4  Gambling involves risk. Players participate in all games and sports betting markets on the bm777 Platform at their own risk and accept that they may lose the entirety of their deposited funds. bm777 does not guarantee any return on wagering activity.

14.1  All content on the bm777 Platform — including but not limited to the bm777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bm777 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

14.2  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the bm777 Platform without prior written consent from bm777, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

14.3  Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in respect of bm777's intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal recreational purposes.

15.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2  Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bm777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3  Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact bm777 support to seek an informal resolution. bm777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

15.4  As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, bm777 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures.

16.1  bm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

16.2  Where amendments are material — such as changes that affect Players' rights regarding withdrawals, bonus entitlements, or account closure — bm777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to all affected registered Players, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

16.3  Players who do not agree with any amendment may close their Account before the effective date of the amendment without penalty (subject to resolution of any outstanding balances). Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
